Limited
Entry Requirements.
We aim for approximately 300-350 runs per day. However,
we reserve the right to
limit the entries to what we consider a manageable number.
Entries postmarked within a week of the opening date
will be considered in
this order:
- Troopers, Guaranteed Spot Prizes, Free Weekend Package Certificates
(from
the volunteer draws). The GSPs and FWPCs must be included with
your entry.
There are no expiry dates on these certificates - they will be
honoured as
long as we continue to hold trials.
- First time competitors, to a minimum of 10% of total entries
if the numbers
warrant (to keep the sport growing).
- Entries that end up on a Trooper trial waiting list two or more
times
in a row (we keep track) to a minimum of 25% of total entries
- Volunteering. Because of the overwhelming response to our trials,
volunteers and hard
workers will be given priority as they are what keep the trials
moving along
while still having a good time. We do make note of these people
through the
volunteer sign-up sheets.
If we have not reached our manageable run limit with 1 to 4, we
will pull
randomly from the remaining entries.
If we have to create a waiting list, any trial openings will be
offered to
the waiting list in the order of the postage date stamp or mark. |
